The Wine

White Grenache varietal from plot 7-23 in the Serra del Castelllnou of Gandesa, at an altitude of 400 meters, in a terroir of loose, white clay soils on a 4% slope. 

Organic and respectful viticulture results in meticulous production and excellent ripening of the White Grenache grapes, with high sugar concentrations and very good acidity levels. 

Once fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, the must is transferred to new, medium-toast 500-liter french oak barrels where fermentation finishes and the wine rests for 7 months, with careful lees aging to achieve maximum varietal expression. 

Prohom 100% Garnacha Blanca reveals a complex and dense nose with fruity and spicy nuances, followed by a broad, creamy, and elegant palate.
