100% Viognier - P.V. CD254 - Pol. Parc.23 - Castellnou
The Wine
In 2003 we planted Viognier in the Serra del Castellnou at 400 m high and since then in many of the blends of the our white wines has been present.
After almost 20 years, we have decided to make a 100% Viognier varietal with Terra Alta character.
With a yield of 4,500 kg/ha, manual harvest, 12-hour skin maceration, vinification at 15ºC in stainless steel, careful work with the mothers for three months, then being clarified with bentonite and bottled in 2025 February.
White wine with greenish and yellowish tones. On the nose it is fruity with peach and apricot sensations and sometimes spicy. In the mouth it is fresh with good acidity and a nice little complexity.
