The Wine

Combination of two varieties with a lot of character in order to obtain a personal white wine.

Separate vinifications with a maturation with fine lees during 4 months in a stainless  tank. After this final blend was done, then was clarificated slightly with bentonite and bottled.

With green tones it stands out for its clarity and brilliance. On the nose presents white fruit sensations and on the mouth it is elegant, structured with good acidity and a rich texture that gives us a persistent, long and very pleasant aftertaste. A complex wine on the nose and in the taste is ideal to accompany all kinds of fish, seafood and paellas.
