Harvest at the beginning of 2021 September to obtain a correct ripening and a good acidity in order to transmit all the varietal essence of Red Grenache in this rosé.
It has been vinificated with white wine protocol: destemmed, pressed, decanted and fermented at 15.0ºC during 20 days. Clarified with bentonite and bottled in March 2022. Reddish salmon color with a nose full of very expressive fresh red fruits. On the palate is meaty and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste.
